When I go out, I always carry a small A6 sketchbook and a pencil or felt-tip pen. I love capturing people’s movements and postures with quick lines.

My favourite spot is a window seat in a café. it’s the perfect place to sketch people without being noticed (and to stay dry during London’s unpredictable showers).

For me, sketching is a way to slow down and see the world in more detail. It’s amazing how much I notice when I’m not looking at a screen.
