This mural was created for Shooting Star Children’s Hospice in Guildford, UK. Our design, developed by me and Reshma Vattackal, was selected by the staffs to be painted on an interior wall of the hospice, and we brought it to life over the course of four days.

The theme of the piece that continued throughout from conception to the finished piece is community, hope, and dreams. We wanted to create work that celebrates the strength and warmth shared by children, families, nurses, and staff members. We hope that the mural is uplifting and comforting, offering a moment of brightness for everyone who passes through the space.
